1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CouponX ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What We Offer
CouponX is a marketplace that lets merchants publish discount coupons and lets shoppers claim and redeem them at participating businesses in Cabo San Lucas and La Paz.
3. Merchant Subscriptions
Merchants pay a recurring subscription to publish coupons. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Coupon Validity
Each coupon has an expiration date (maximum 60 days from creation) and a limited quantity. Coupons are subject to the merchant's own terms displayed on the offer.
5. Redemption
Redemption is completed by merchant staff scanning the claim code or entering the 4-digit code. CouponX is not responsible if a merchant refuses to honor a valid coupon.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not create fake coupons, misuse codes, or attempt to defraud merchants or CouponX. Violations result in immediate termination.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
CouponX is a facilitator between merchants and shoppers. We are not liable for the quality, availability, or legality of merchant offers.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
